No make-up? Yes so make-up!?

For make-up I wear concealer, tinted moisturizer, curl my eyelashes and apply mascara, and some shear lipgloss. (I have mild acne) And I have a friend who always says 'oh your not wearing any make-up today.' I'm not sure weather to be flattered or offended. Please help!
