I accidentally cut myself?

ok i was clipping my pubic hairs with a pair of barber type scissors, when i clipped my scrotum. i didnt think it was a big deal until i saw a piece of skin on my scissors. i guess the closest thing i could compare it to is like someone sheared of the top layer of skin. there is just white flesh under it and i feel almost no pain and no bleeding. it just freaks me out that i cut some of my skin off. will there be a scar? is it something i should get looked at?
