Where can I get 8 matching dresses in different sizes for cheap online or in San Francisco?

I'm having a cotillion, and all of the girls in my entourage have to match, but they're all completely different shapes and sizes. Is there someplace I can go to find dresses for all of them for less than $30 a piece?
