Who has murdered more people in this decade, Osama Bin Laden or the United States?

Bin Laden in his wildest dreams would never come anywhere close to the US generated body count, and that applies to civilian noncombatants on a straight up one-to-one basis (... AND that applies to pre "War on Terror" conditions as well - The US body count generated by pure economics with no military involvement at all dwarfs the Bin Laden body count).
