Why shia are allowed to kill muslims but jews are not?

Iranian agents and hizbullah are shooting muslims everyday in syria they are fighting beside the unjust syrian presidnt just because he worships Ali but muslims are showing no anger about this issue BUT now if jews kill a palestinian we all get angry!!! WHY? I think this is unfair and we are being racist against jews.
