What do you bring for a gift to a Filipino Debut?

I'm not part of the entourage, but what gifts do people generally give as guests to the girl in question? Is money acceptable? Is there a particular amount that's usually given? This is my first time actually going to a debut, so I'm not sure what the social etiquette is.
