We need the tool which can transfer emails from different e-mail clients to MS Outlook.?

We have a large email migration project. Our system administrator need to transfer the correspondence of many employees using alternative email programs like Entourage, Thunderbird, The Bat, Outlook Express, Incredimail, Turnpike, Eudora, Vista Mail, Apple Mail, Earthlink, Windows Mail, Life Mail and others to Outlook or individual .pst file for each user. So I need to find the program which can do such job. Command line or/and the Batch mode will be preferable.
