I need to extract emails from .mbox file. How to proceed? Mbox was saved from Entourage.?

Mailbox file was saved from Entourage so I need to extract emails and convert the encoding from MAC to Windows format. I prefer to save emails into .eml format for future import into Microsoft Outlook.
