You're being paranoid. You guys don't live super close and he's in college so you can't expect to see him all the time. Still, being in college means that you have more freedom than high school so there's no reason he can't go to a friends to watch TV even if he does have school the next day. This is your first relationship, it's expected that you won't know how they work but you're being quite a bit paranoid about this.
